My thoughts on EML are represented well by the chart. It is still a young growth story and at certain times it can get very hot - seen where it breaks the upper channel.
Results tend to bring a dose of reality back into the stock, however once the bottom channel line is hit - it appears that strong support is found. This has occured 3 times since October.

I for one have been trading EML in this fashion, and while it has left me feeling a little FOMO early on in the profit take process due to further rallying - the inevitable retraces have given good opportunities to reload. This time round I managed to be patient and caught some at the trend-support of 65c, although my average price for the entire topup is a tad higher at 67c.

The quarterly result indicated that the Aus business still needs a little bit of time to hit its straps, while the Euro acquisition is exceeding expectations.
Still a number of potential catalysts regarding new verticals going forward in addition to the existing operations which may benefit from organic growth and new deals.
