So that's 8million,800 and twelve thousand shares. This is correct. My guess is that the shares that have been alotted to the Berlin investment company are coming on. Also, this stock needs a few more shares printed.
I say this because, it appears that the vast majority of people who own shares of BGD are long term holders. Even before the downturn this was the case, and I think it's even more so now.
And the "problem" with that is, only when you get any real news, those shares owned by shorts go up in demand. News or not, I am not selling, not for a couple years atleast. The things is, the BGD plan, appears to be very well thought out, plans are obviously in motion, they have zero-zip pr releases to pump the shares, they have financing, and maybe most importantly they have work scheduled from building a plant-I mean rails to be made. I know if I buy a house, for example, that I am intending to rent out to some one else to profit on the lease of it, I am FAR more interested to buy in if there is already a long term tenant in the house, as opposed to starting with just an empty house of the same underlying value.
So you have a lot of long term believers in Boulder. It's excellent for the future, for the now, two things arrive with the share price. Stability, OR, the fear of some individual investor dumping a huge quanity on a day where there might be a volume of 2000 in the morning, as we saw back a few months ago sending the SP from .13 to the .09 range in Germany. I knew the stock would come back up, but if anyone has a stop loss automatically set if the SP were to drop to extreme lows, it can set off a real problem. That didn't happen, and the SP recovered within a month.
Adding more interested investors to this project, which we all know that Boulder had to find the way to raise their end of the cash to pay for their end of the deal for building the plant in Gladstone, can only be a step in the right direction. Adding too many shares could give way to speculators, which would NOT be a good thing.
I also could be wrong. I will check the news on my side to see if there is another reason attention may have been given to Boulder.
Later.
