I went to go do a check of the charts and a bit of a technical analysis but volume has been so low recently that it literally won't work properly. what was immediately obvious is that we are only 0.013 away from our 10 year low (35% of current price level).

I took this stock as a long-term hold, around 4 years ago now, liking the green energy angle for my portfolio. However, CCE has consistently underperformed. it has been almost a year since the double top on the charts (31/1/2017 and 02/02/2017) and SP hasn't recovered since. the YTD SP as of right now is down about 45% (.068 down to .037). Now what makes it worse is Volume has dried up.

The Question i am now faced with is this company just a few years off of properly providing shareholders with value or is CCE happy living off of Grants and Subsidies for meeting research goals (this is a major concern of mine). Is the Wave Tech that I purchased in for actually going to become commercially viable. Failing that is the Solar portion of this business competitive enough for the over-saturated industry and given that it is where does the value in SP lie for that. I have some major real concerns that CCE doesn't have on track progress from moving into proper value.

I have some serious thinking to do. I am still holding, however, I have set personal short-term goals that i will myself need to see if CCE hits throughout the rest of this financial year in order to continue to hold. At the rate, we are traveling there is just far better upside in the Market for my money. Perhaps CCE will get going (in relation to SP growth) and i am simply too early and need to check back in here at a later date after moving money elsewhere.

I would be interested to know some other long-term holders thoughts on the matter. IS CCE just undervalued according to your analysis or are you feeling as if it is underperforming as a company?
