Surely any purchases of shares or options by Ron or any of the management team can only be seen as a positive. The purchase of the options after all is an indication that Ron felt that the share price should have been above 15c prior to September next year.
Given the ongoing issues with getting to production testing and the information that they have at hand on a daily basis I would suggest that over the last 6 months there may have been a reasonable period of time that the management team were unable to make purchases due to price sensitive information they may have been privy to.
Ultimately the accumulation of shares and options by Ron should only be seen as positive even if it was prior to the delays over the last few months and that they purchasing stopped before then.
I agree though that when production numbers come out a purchase of more share and/or options at that time would definitely be an important reinforcement of the view by management that things are on track. This might go a long way towards seeing the sp better reflect underlying asset values.

OK you're both talked me around. The fact he couldn't buy shares or options makes sense.
The fact he has extra incentive to get the share price up above $0.15 before Sep 15 is a good thing. I initially thought all his options were handed to him, but he's bought some as well.
