I see you had this as a strong buy at $0.023 when you looked at the MC to see if you were paying a premium.

You mention you researched the CR (which occurred at an effective price of $0.009 after including shares and free options).

Can you enlighten me as to how you came up with a strong buy at $0.023.

Given the recent debt issue of 25% for $6M, have you looked at what this does to your base valuation - presumably it would now be 75% of that?

What was the basis of your strong buy?
