I agree with what you say TDA..."we need to hear how these negotiations have gone and very soon".
It was always a bit unusual to me that the company would foreshadow 3 to 4 months in advance, in its half yearly report that: "we are working closely with AGC in relation to securing a licensing partner and expect to make an announcement about this by the end of the financial year." However, having declared such an expectation, the onus would then seem to be on the company to make an announcement by the end of the financial year, indicating where negotiations were up to. Its called keeping to a timetable and keeping shareholders informed - even if the status of processes being reported on remain incomplete, or the information is otherwise not particularly palatable.
