    we've just got to wait for the AZT / WHC deal to be completed (end March)and then we'll get the t/o offer.

    I have noticed over the past week that plenty of parcels of 50k have gone thru at 85c which is gratifying. The buyers don't withdraw for long before chasing them again.
    I've increased my projected offer price to $1.10 which is 30% more than 85c.
