I've been holding this since the last raising that was managed by DJ Carmichael and Alto. Then close to the end of last year the MD of DJ Carmichael David Bosio joined the board SPX as a NED, he specialises in M&A. His previous position as a NED (had a big run) was with DEG from Dec2015-Nov2017. SPX has since stated they have viewed some new projects and may be close to doing a new vend. Then after all of that happened Anthony Barton picked up another 10m shares on market and we had one of the last long term directors resign. Alex Hewett is also involved and they have a JV with Glencore through HMX which recently had coverage from DJs. At board/corporate level I believe the house is pretty much in order now and once they vend in the new deal we should all make good money. It's just having the patience to wait it out now. So the reason I'm holding is because I don't believe these people have set this ball in motion for nothing. Once a new deal is announced which is hopefully close I doubt we will be anywhere near the current prices and I'd be fairly confident it will be a strong asset
