Mr. Leonid Charuckyj, also known as Leon, B.E and M.Eng-Sc., has been a Non-Executive Director of King River Copper Limited (formerly Speewah Metals Limited) since December 13, 2011. Mr. Charuckyj held extensive experience over a broad range of technical, engineering, management and corporate roles including senior positions in government, public and private industry both in Australia and overseas. He has been a Non-Executive Director of TUC Resources Ltd since December 13, 2011 and Spectrum Rare Earths Limited since December 22, 2011. He served as a Director of EVZ Limited until June 30, 2004. He holds a B.E. and M.Eng-Sc from Melbourne University.

Mr Torresan is a businessman with significant experience in capital markets. Mr Torresan has been actively involved in arranging capital raisings for ASX listed companies as well as unlisted public companies, providing investor relation services and assisting boards with development of strategic plans. Mr Torresan has held numerous executive positions where his responsibilities have included strategy, operational management and business development.

I think its the same Torresan who's an ExD of Pelican Resources.
