I'm trying to do some research about this company as well. Seems to be some movement in the SP in the past 3-4 months where the previous past 2-3 years nothing much was happening. Not sure it is because the Executive Director and #1 shareholder of KRC Barton holds 45,000,000 / $540,000 / 9% of the company SPX now.
Maybe people are just trying to get in early as maybe they see something similar between SPX and KRC from it's humble beginnings.
