When management is unstable, sp will also be unstable.
A lot of whispers going on (Chinese or not), including possible delisting (refer Financial Review 2 weeks ago).
A shame - as the group keeps winning contracts. But winning contracts does not always translate to profits (note recent profit downgrades).
