    The price of re-listed shares (and re-issue of hopefully expired 2011 and '12 options...whatever percentage of originals and voted upon at future AGM) will depend on a huge amount of factors, including, but certainly not limited to, the following:
    - how the market is going at the time, including non-financial and political conditions;
    - what the price of gas is in the USA and issues of storage, usage,and markets that are available, immediately or in the foreseeable future;
    - how much is able to be produced when re-listing occurs and resolution of past and current problems in producing;
    - potential for other gas holes and areas controlled by company to also come on line;
    - how much dilution in number of shares and options that has and will occur since company was last on the books and trading;
    - Obviously, confirmation that those things that have been announced, including strategies going forward, will occur;
    - Old holders and potentially new holders having confidence in Company's new makeup of Board of Directors, it's new direction and whether they can believe it will occur (and whether deadwood are quickly and this time effectively disposed from board). This will be one of the most significant issues in my view.

    Only a few thoughts as to some of the influences which will affect the price of our re-listed company's shares and value.

    On the up-side, if most of the above can be achieved in a positive, effective and timely manner, one could see the value of the company more truly reflect the potential of known and probable reserves 1-3.5 trillion c/f of gas) which has been confirmed on two occasions over last 5 years.

    If we don't achieve them then one could/should see the price reflecting what the company will be worth. A drop from current price of 0.006c will occur. Hopefully, the new investors/partners and directors who have come on board after much research and diligence on their part, will secure a more positive outcome.

    My opinion, without any foundation, will be shares to come back on line at 0.006 cents per share and go up or down from there depending on market conditions and sentiment. Hope-fully, if good news concerning production and resolution of issues mentioned (together with lots of others not mentioned), then maybe it will go up to 3-5 cents per share upon proven confirmation, which will allow re-issued options to also come back with some value.

    At the moment shareholders investments in company are worthless and lots of hurdles to be overcome before value can be proven and then cemented by market. We will see if and when it happens. Fingers crossed!!!!!! If nothing happens then I haven't lost anything that wasn't gone a couple of years ago. Slim possibility that I might gain something back and I'll look forward to that occurring. Bernie
