I gave StateOne and Vonex a call. Very happy to talk regarding the prospectus. Both had the same info: note holder extensions (ASX requirement to my knowledge) were the source of the delay and that other than that it was a due diligence box ticking exercise.
I always take a generous pinch of salt and play devils advocate with these type of interactions however I couldn't fault anything that was said to me.
Also, i was told that Vonex had done a shade over 8 million this year which was/is good.
Listing time frame i was given is early june.
All IMO, treat it as hearsay until proven otherwise.
