Throw it open for discussion , just visited state one website and greeted with half page banner advertising the VN8 float closing approx june 4th , yet the company has disclosed publicly since late last year it is “fully underwritten “ ( to 5.5 ) i think .Why not just take the 5.5 and list the damm thing ?
Or is their some clause in the underwriting agreement that is causing an issue ?
Anyone in contact with state one or know someome there that can provide an honest unfiltered update?
