    Vmoto made an announcement on the 28th June 2010 to the effect that they had entered an OEM deal with Vtrix

    It went on to quite clearly state that Vtrix had there own extensive distribution network and would retain sole rights to marketing and distribution.

    sounds like you were wasting time pushing the preverbal barrow up hill.
