VMC FA thread - from Venus with love

Folks, I thought men are from Mars and women from Venus but it looks like majority here in Venus world are gents and we need some balancing. Maybe they came from Mars and moved over. Ok, this is not about sexes but all about the Fundamentals of our highly promising investment. I’m creating this thread to highlight what’s going on in Venus.

I must admit I came here only recently on the back of the LPD farm in deal and it looks like I stumbled into a valuable gem - $13m mcap with interesting tenements mainly Youanmi Gold and monstrous vanadium  deposit and unexplored others near pilgangoora in close proximity to PLS. It reminds me of a parable where a man found a treasure and he sold all his belongings to buy the land so that he can own the valuable treasure. Since I’m new, please bear with me LT’s, decacorn, mad mark, precipitate, jandj, and the rest of the crew, I’m not trying to take anyone’s limelight on stage and please do feel free to critique or contribute or both. Feel free also to flag any risks for a balance view of the company.


With the recent appearance of vmc on top gainers, we’re starting to be noticed,  but there’s still enough time to load the truck as the sp is below the 20 cents our Director AB paid for his 500,000 shares, and the $400k convertible loan for BF, the other day and yesterday respectively.

I was browsing the company website last couple of days, obviously a handful of people here know much more,  and what I found is an unbelievably compelling and overlooked opportunity. You will note in my posts it includes among others facts, research, opinion, humour and play on words that you shouldn’t take too seriously.


BOD- majority if not all are from United Metals that was taken over by BHP in 2010. So lots of unity, synergy and camaraderie in this team, more important fact in getting things done, more so than a ‘selfish scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours’ risk. A very experienced team with diverse background that complement each other.


Youanmi Gold Mine - perfect name for you and me, our flagship project. Has previously produced 670,000 at 5.42g/t AU ounces shut down in 1995 when the POG collapsed to $400/ounce. Now POG at $1,600 its time to resurrect the mine, 5 pits to be converted into a super pit style mine, with 1.2m jorc’d gold and more upside potential as we’ve just scratched a portion of the tenements, plus a lot of that yellow metal sitting in TSF’s for easy picking.

Vanadium- the new EV darling, the deposit is essentially as big and high grade as the Windimurra vanadium mine just 40km away. Nothing more to say about size it’s so big. Metallurgical test work doubles the grade enabling cheaper capex and opex. Tech advancement has come a long way to aid in monetising these assets.

Windimurra plant was burnt to ground so we’re in good company there to develop and start a plant from scratch alongside each other rather than against each other.

Regional exploration to drill test identified targets
