Anthony Tse did give a "price for the lot" pretty early on in the negotiation process. Pretty sure he was half joking, but everyone has a price.

FYI, that price was well over our market cap... considerably more if you consider cash on hand.

Still, I think the only thing being sold is a non-controlling portion of SDV when managements terms are met. And until then, we have the cash to continue developing SDV on schedule (as confirmed by AT).
