5)The job of a good accountant is to make figures look good, IMO MNF is up for sale before NBN is rolledout. Watch this space
My reply to this is, the job of a good investor is to correctly read the balance sheets and notice this. What have you noticed on the FY08 MNF balance sheet that simply "makes the figures look good"?
I look forward to your reply to this, I wait.
The reason the books look so good is because they are good! MNF FY08 figures make MNF or any other company with this sort of balance sheet attractive as a takeover target. Whether they sell VOIP or Fish, it looks good.
First you are going on about Wimax being introduced next year now you are back to NBN Fibre sounding the deathknell for MNF and all other VOIP companies. So, Fibre, at a reported cost of $30-$40 BILLION will be implemented when? Next year? Please.........I will state it here for all to see and comment on, there are no concrete plans or dates for an national WIMAX or Fibre rollout. The Govt is calling for submissions to aid in the construction of a tender process to build a Fibre network but that is all. The Govt calls for tenders for lots of thing but does not always go ahead and always later then planned. Think Chatswood to Parramata Rail Link, M4 East & many more.
You should re-read some of your forecasts for timing and implementation of Wimax & Fibre rollouts then have a look around Googleand see what local industry experts predict. You will find that you are so far of the mark that your statements are at best laughable.
