As I have previously mentioned in this forum, look for undervalued assests that are sold off by the "big boys".
Sometime back, I purchased S32, after BHP sold of assests they didn't want. That included infrastructure, cashflow,
and future potential. S32 restructured, and at one time, had a negative PE. That means they earnt more per share,
than the market price, and then paid a dividend.
Prairie Mining has done the same. Amazing deal at the right time. The deal includes infrastructure, resources, and low cost production. That's great, so now I look for the next opportunity, before November, or maybe I will wait a
little bit longer......after the BUBBLES start to burst.
Have recently changed some investments to being defensive, and any property interests have been sold.
Too many disparities in the property market, poor value return on investment. OVERBOUGHT.
