no because EDE is in an uptrend and was just consolidating its gains.. MCE is (was in) a long term down trend and it was finding a base.. but it does look like there is limited downside.. and instos are buying (forager) which should support the price on any pullbacks..
but on a technical perspective on the chart it looks like the bottom is in..
