I think we need to remember what was said in Coby's presentation at the AGM. they are looking for partners from Fab through to a final product. It was referred to as an eco system. Its no good having a fab that can make it if there is no products to put it in. So they are looking not only for a fab partner that will help them develop production, they are also looking for a retail partner that will redesign an existing product or even may use the chip in new products that are in development. I think this is why Coby refers to multiple partners. I don't think they can bring all of them together at once but it would be more of a step by step process. And having Universities participate in the research will assist in finding new ways to use the chips in future tech. 

When ever and who ever  they sign up as a partner is going to be a big deal!
