Much can go wrong or cause delay look at 4DS, but WBT so far have met targets.
There are so many potential avenues for Wbt i strongly believe that in time $3 is possible...but will happily take $1 if thats the near top.
If they develop into a solid company providing reram chip, I'll be holding LT
Of course this is my comfort zone you must work to yours.
