As I've said before, the Vic Govt is in direct and deliberate breach of contract. Any decision other than damages payment and breach rectification would require agreement by LKO. Should the Judge find against LKO the precedent set would allow (legalise) breach of contract. Simply put, that would have the effect of rendering all contracts of any kind unenforceable.
