Personally I have a dateline on all stocks and will get out irregardless of where the SPs are

Looking at the the macro environment these are the concerns

1. Sky high global debt
2. Interest rate going up
3. Slowing global trade
4. Trade wars
5. Top end of the chart for most markets ( nearly 10 years of uptrend ) We are at the tail end of the up cycle
6. Cheap financing doors closing or closed
7. big increase in cash holdings from funds

The inevitable down cycle will come and that will knock the air out of any market . The big reset will come again .

1. timeline will be primary focus
2. Target price will be secondary

That’s why patience is not so much a virtue in this environment.
