Anyone can pull a number out of their posterior and on a long enough timeline they might be right. If they have zero logic or reasoning behind it and they keep posting it they are still a bloody troll.
If I say "VIC is gonna hit $7 mark my words!" over and over I'm still an upramping idiot even if by some bizarre turn of events VIC does get to $7...
