Vic average daily power in MW 1 Jan 2014 to 6 Jun 2016 - 888 days. Numbers from AEMO -
    Demand 5225
    Export 930
    Import 200
    Hydro 268
    Gas 173
    Wind 323
    Coal 5259
Multiply by 24 if you want MW hours.
Rooftop solar would add to the mix - right now contributing 365 says NemWatch - obviously that would average out much less on a daily basis.

Clear the Vic Govt aim - "by 2025, up to 5400 megawatts of new large-scale renewable energy capacity will be built in Victoria" - would be a colossal revolution if it was indeed constructed and forced to work.
And if most of the coal fired capacity was shut down - by current standards there would be grid chaos.  I doubt Vic voters will put up with anything like this uptopian twaddle.
