For those of you who do not know how to do it online, log into Automic's website (https://investor.automic.com.au/#/home) and your portfolio holdings show up. Next to the name of the holder/s  select Meetings tab and click on it. It will show you Victory Mines meeting with details. On the right hand side select vote and click on it. Select the Chairman of the meeting or anyone else if you so desire and vote for or against each resolution.
