Good summary - its a amazing he has never been formally taken to task. One of the great things about these forums is it is another way to keep track of shady management and make more informed investment choices (not that I have!).

Obviously I am a very disgruntled GXN investor and while I want GXN & PRW to do well (so we can all get our money back!) its frustrating when the same people continue to get away with the same behavior all the time.
