I am interested in this company but I am having trouble getting around the consolidation and issuance of new shares to the company they are supposed to be taking over/merging with. Is it a done deal and if so, when is it all supposed to take place? Any idea of how many new shares are they issuing in terms of percentage of how many are already on issue now?
The other thing I find a little strange was the email I received from HotCopper.com.au touting the virtues of this little up & comer...Why did they pay for the PR?
