Hard to describe where, but just inside top of one nostril and up, had for ages a small sore. Could not see it except possibly with two mirrors but never tried and never went to doctor about it cos how can you go about something so trivial? Was aware of it by discomfort when sideways pressure applied as perhaps in using a handkerchief. Anyway as I use this stuff every morning I decided to poke a bit up there too and three days later it's gone. Seriously useful stuff.
