IMO I don't think we will be waiting long:
Following meetings in the USA, the Company was invited to and attended meetings in Europe and London regarding a potential acquisition opportunity with global subsidiaries and further joint venture technology proposals. These discussions are currently ongoing and incomplete. The Company will update the market as these discussions progress.
This is what I get from the above.
An existing established business in the environmental sector will potentially be added to PEH via acquisition, how big this will be only time will tell my opinion is its big and will add more international connections and exposure !
Further joint venture technology proposals I don't really understand what that could mean? Do other companies have their own products and want to joint venture their goodies with PEH not really sure but again only time will tell
I believe big things are about to happen here, can't wait to see this re rate.
