Agree - Had forgot about the Cuervo connection.

Was thinking about Indo & thinking no guarantees so no entice meant.

So instead of being a 50% owner of AF with financial investment required they can be
i)a owner of SRK shares (which they can divest at anytime)
ii) Only have a financial liabilty on a CR (which they can participate at their own choice)
iii) an indirect owner of Cuervo & indo as a shareholder in SRK.

Ifyou consider that AF owes SRK & SRK has basically been the only one putting cash in you maybe right that having SRK & not having to pay out any running costs maybe tempting to D&C

The negative of course is SRK has total control & D&C will not be able to influence direction (eg. sell or develop) except as a sharholder like the rest of us (obviously with more power (votes) than the rest of us).

Interesting Choices. While this would be great for SRK & AF would we receive SP recognition?
