Partly depends on the cash position of D&C. SRK has highlighted about $35M over the next 2.5 years to progress this alone. Does D&C have this - or can they get their hands on this also?

Also don't forget if they 'merge' with SRK then they will also own SRK's other assets. Indonesia is not out totally. But more importantly SRK may own up to 49% of Cuervo. Their concessions are massive and right next door and equally can do just as well, if not better than SRK's concessions.

Yes if D&C sell to SRK they will own a lower percentage of the company - but a smaller percentage of potentially so much more. Something to think about and I would imagine Ken would be selling this fact to D&C.
