    What'll happen is that D&C will either buy 50% of the IAC stake so they both move to 50/50 or they won't take up this option so it'll be something along the lines of 56/44 in SRK's favour.

    No chance they'll sell that resource for Peanuts. Just remember they rejected a massive US$400mil or the like offer for the project before GFC1, no chance they'll sell 44% of it for peanuts.
