Loki, I think those investors are legally committed anyway regardless of the sp but it doesnt hurt to have it above 4.5c. The thing to watch here is how low the market cap is now but they have a high-grade producing mine in Peru. There has been a big rush of post-suspension selling but when this selling dries up could see some steep upward sp movement to bring market cap into line with asset value.

(Re your qn on PXG I don't know if they are still lead bidder on Bullant but you will be pleased to hear I strongly suspect they have been outbid).
