I think the terms of ownership on the new mining grant will be determined once they get the mining grant. SLV own 25% of the JV involved in developing the tailings of RK1, which is currently underway now.

Oh well with Ed at the helm there was a promise of deals, looks like its starting now, they even raised more money just to do that.

SLV certainly tests ones patience. Lets hope Ed can repeat his past performance and get SLV up to a market cap approaching AQP.
