You have a company that has replaced its CEO, CFO, Corp Sec, Head of Health Business in the last 6 mos. during the process of an IPO/Merger that could bring more value to the company than anything else. The only constant is the chairperson.

This is not the first time inaction or incompetence has affected value. The company waffled and the board delayed selling its steel business and ended up selling in for millions less than what was on the table. Its a pattern.
