There is no value in Hills outside the Health business in my opinion and that business is a recent mashing together of outside businesses and people.
It is a non value distributor that only generates cash by selling assets. The only growth engine is Hills Health which has no technology and must rely on a partner to supply technology and they just exited a transaction with that partner. That is scary.
