The announcement regarding the Hills Hoist sale is opaque. Firstly, we dont know the purchase price. Then, add in the $6m they are reported to have received from Woolworths. So it's hardly surprising that first half EBITDA will be higher than last years $5.4m ! Underlying EBITDA could be very poor.
