Smoke and mirrors:
With Symbio the controlling shareholder I think it's fair to say MNF is a public arm of Symbio.
MNF the public arm of Symbio, seems a reasonable assumption, so what?
Which brings me to the 100% growth and 65,000 customers.
Symbio has it's own VOiP network but as a private company does not have to disclose it's customers.
I say no more and let you work the rest out.
You actually say no more why? Is there actually anything you are saying?
Eng only acheived 1.6% growth on it's customers with a much higher advertised campaign.
LOL! I take it you are actually congratulating MNF on being incredibly smart marketeers? I think the actual comparision you are making is ENG $3M Advertising = 1.6% Growth vs MNF $0.4M Adverstising = 100% Growth. What is your point?
Now can MNF continue this 100% growth if not(most likely not,)can they still pay off the large debt?
Well, you seem to be inferring that Symbio has somehow magically transferred 65,000 retail VOIP customers it never had for no money to MNF for no apparent benefit. Huh????
Further, MNF does not have a large debt in the context of it's revenue and profit position. Symbio has kindly extended terms as a freindly creditor to MNF, generous I agree, financially prudent? That is up to Symbio to determine. Benefit to MNF Shareholders? Symbio=Free Bank.
I don't mind a healthy reasoned debate but fantasy based drivel and thoughtless speculation is just that. Give me something to get my teeth into and actually think about please!
