A smooth takeover may certainly be possible as long as all parties are on the same page. I thought that perhaps Fung and Sugo had built the Symbio network with the intention of then creating MNF with one private - holding a large portion of the IP - and the other public, to prevent a hostile takeover so early in their growth (which is common practice with start ups).
I bet their happy Seven didn't come knocking on their door.
The value of MNF is in it's customers and revenue but also it's assets. MNF would be a lot more attractive to potential investors if it owned it's own network and all associated IP. This may come later.
With the current SP at 8 cents I know 2 dollars sounds like a lot especially in this market. I remember when ENG had a market cap of $160 million - albeit briefly.
ENG are going to have to introduce cheaper plans because at the moment their just not competitive. Their customer sign ups have ground to a halt - even with all the advertising.
