I wasn't aware of Skype or anyone else. I'll have to check it out.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a large shareholder of MNF and with their latest profit, 52 million shares on issue and the top 20 holding 87%, I'm very pleased indeed.

Looks like they're already or about to offer naked dsl, check out their website - click on business, then virtual PBX, then scroll down.

The point I'm trying to make is that MNF's added services like the account portal and virtual PBX which are integral to MNF's business are a part of the Symbio network. They are so closely connected they're one and the same.
Seven wouldn't have taken over ENG if it didn't own it's
    own network.
M2M wouldn't have attempted it's takeover of pennytel without taking over it's network provider Hitech.
I'm pretty sure if someone wants MNF they're going to want/need the whole box and dice.
Anyway, all this is a moot point, I don't want MNF taken over, it's way too early. I'm waiting for a 2 dollar share price.

Be assured the questions I have asked about Symbio's financials and the finer details of the relationship between Symbio and MNF will also be asked by the institutions before they decide to invest in MNF.
Symbio isn't Optus, it's small and unknown.
