I'm looking for MNF and Symbio to merge and consolidate their businesses into the one entity as the current lack of transparency with regards to Symbio will no doubt turn off the larger investors.
What happens if Symbio runs into trouble?
Where does that leave MNF?
After all MNF is basically just a shop front for Symbio.
Symbio has all the assets.
I suspect Fung and Sugo seperated them to prevent an opportunistic takeover of MNF.
