3 years then delisting with no ramifications? serious? shareholders just loose everything? why would an MD do that that has plenty of shares held.

so as a glass half empty person and thinking out loud very negatively, if delisting happend in 3 years and we as shareholders loose everything and then this company can be turned private? is this the plan? by whom if so?

 Mr Caldwell would also loose lots of shares too.

that scenario would stink of foul play in my opinion. no one would loose millilons of shares for nothing without a fight unless there was compensation.

how could we even last 3 years with the little monies left. can a company be fed discreetly? 

hopefully my negative thoughts do not come true.
