I am not at all worried about CMV and you should relax a bit.I know you have a lot tied up in this stock but don't panic as it seems to have bottomed out.Remember if you held 48.6 % of the stock and you have such a low price when divi's are due you gain plenty and management are taking advantage of this situation.I made a further purchase last week to counter act their gain.
so propotionally my share to theirs is larger after the divi is passed unless they purchase more.

Scrap prices have started rebounding in asia and the US and NZ $ have thumped the AU$.This is a good counter action, now relax have a beer as things are going to be slow for 6 months at least, and remember don't buy with the bread and milk money.
