Granted that the Italian government is not stupid, neither do they have the best reputation for being beyond reproach.
Imagine if the Australian government attempted to revoke oil/gas exploration licences from asx companies stating
"So..you need $1 Billion to develop the field, however, we noticed you have only $20 Million in the bank, so sorry, you cant afford it!! But good for you that we accept you have the technical expertise to carry it through to production" (insert condescending Benny Hill tap on bald head sound effect).
Its disappointing for management and long term share holders to know legal is now involved to retain this great company asset.
Patience is a testing virtue...yet we remain.
