"The board of directors of Viralytics unanimously recommends that its company's shareholders vote in favor of the Scheme." We can all vote NO and see if they up their offer , really the more I think about it the more disappointed I get . Just sold half of some peoples portfolios , did say was not going to be a $10 stock that I once thought , even said we may struggle for $5 per share , but for the life of me $1.75 , share holders are right only a 25 % premium to our highest price .
