Now all we BEPPA holders who purchased at below last SP will have to pay capital gain or income tax on the proceeds for this tax year, as the pay out/conversion is deemed to be sale of BEPPA holding see Grant Samuels report on tax implications.

Now the "TAX MAN" gets his cut too, who really won out of this surely not the BBI share holders or EPS holders.

Suppose some of us BEPPA holders shouldn't complain at least most of us have a profit to pay tax on.
