Thank you. Based on today's price of $1.90 at conversion time unless the TIM share last trade @ $1.43 you would loose money.
Example: $1000/1.9=526.3 sharesx1.33 (conversion factor)=700 shares x 1.43=$1001.
The above example does not include FF dividend.
Am I correct? Do you Agree?
