TIM have just traded at 1.55, therefore TIMPA should be trading at 2.06. But they are trading at 1.90 which represents a huge discount.
The company has just sent out the dividend cheque and enclosed a summary of the key terms of the preference shares. The company is baffled as to why the preference shares continue to trade at a discount to its ordinary shares.
